These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dutraacleaning.com and to the cleaning services provided by Dutra Cleaning Services (“we,” “us” or “our”) in the State of North Carolina. By using this website or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

Estimates

Estimates are free. We usually visit the property before giving a price, because its size, its condition and the type of cleaning change the work. The price we give you after the visit is the price for the work we agreed on. If the condition of the property on cleaning day is very different from what we saw, or you ask for work that was not part of the estimate, we will tell you and agree on any change with you before doing it.

Scheduling and access

We agree on the date and time with you in advance. If you will not be there, you are responsible for giving us a working way to get in, such as a key, a lockbox or a door code, and for letting us know about alarms, pets and any area we should not enter.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to move or cancel a cleaning, please text us as early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before the appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.

Cleaning products

You choose whether we bring our own cleaning products or use yours. If you want us to use your products or equipment, please have them available on the day and tell us about any surface that needs special care.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Check and Cash. Payment is due on the day of the cleaning unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are not listed on this website; every price is given after the estimate visit.

Offers

The new client discount (10% off your first cleaning) applies once, to the first cleaning of a new client, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end promotional offers at any time; an offer we confirmed to you in writing will be honored.

Your property and your belongings

Please put away cash, jewelry and anything fragile or of special value before we arrive. We clean with care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by items that were already broken, loose or improperly installed, or by normal wear.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with part of a cleaning, text us within 24 hours with a description and, if possible, a photo. We will come back and take care of the area you point out.

Use of this website

The content of this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Dutra Cleaning Services or is used with permission. Some photographs on this website are stock images used for illustration and do not show properties we have cleaned. You may not copy or reuse the content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the website or its content, including its availability or accuracy. Nothing on this website creates a warranty for any service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dutra Cleaning Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
